The terms that apply when you visit our salons

These terms govern your use of the Urban Edge Hair website and the services we provide at our Shenfield and Leigh-on-Sea salons. By booking an appointment or visiting our salons, you agree to these terms.
When you book an appointment with us, online or by phone:
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rebook. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in being asked to pay a deposit for future bookings.
For your safety, we require a skin patch test at least 48 hours before any colour service if you are a new client or haven't had colour with us in the last six months. We cannot proceed with colour without one.
Our ZEN micro-ring and tape extensions come with a 6-month guarantee subject to following the aftercare advice provided at the time of fitting. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by incorrect home care or unauthorised removal.
If you're not happy with a service, please tell us within 7 days. We'll do our best to put it right, free of charge, with the original stylist where possible. Refunds are considered case by case.
Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times. We cannot be responsible for unsupervised children within the salon.
Please look after your personal belongings during your visit. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the salon.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this URL, with the “Last updated” date at the top.
